1. Introduction
Welcome to Myze Hotel Waingapu. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services, including room bookings, facility usage, and experiences. By making a reservation or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Reservations and Bookings
2.1 Booking Confirmation
All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only when you receive a confirmation email from us with your booking reference number.
2.2 Payment
Payment terms vary depending on the rate and booking channel:
- A deposit of 50% of the total booking value is required at the time of reservation
- The remaining balance must be paid upon check-in or as specified in your booking confirmation
- We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified
- All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) unless otherwise stated
2.3 Rates and Taxes
All rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges. Rates may vary based on season, availability, and booking conditions. Special offers and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions.
3. Cancellation and Modification Policy
3.1 Standard Cancellation Policy
- Free Cancellation: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before check-in date will receive a full refund
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking value
- No-Show: Failure to check in without prior cancellation will result in a charge of 100% of the total booking value
3.2 Non-Refundable Rates
Some promotional rates are non-refundable. These bookings cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded under any circumstances. Please review the specific terms before booking.
3.3 Modifications
Modifications to existing reservations are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us at least 48 hours before check-in to request changes.
4. Check-In and Check-Out
- Check-in time: 2:00 PM
- Check-out time: 12:00 PM (noon)
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
- Valid photo identification and credit card are required at check-in
- Guests must be at least 18 years old to check in
5. Guest Responsibilities
5.1 Conduct
Guests are expected to:
- Respect other guests and hotel staff
- Comply with hotel policies and Indonesian laws
- Not engage in illegal activities on hotel premises
- Not cause damage to hotel property
- Not disturb other guests with excessive noise
5.2 Smoking Policy
Myze Hotel Waingapu is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. A cleaning fee of IDR 1,000,000 will be charged for smoking in rooms or non-designated areas.
5.3 Pets
Pets are not permitted at the hotel, except for registered service animals.
6. Liability and Damages
6.1 Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property caused during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest's account.
6.2 Personal Belongings
The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guests' personal belongings. We recommend using the in-room safe for valuables.
6.3 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the hotel's liability for any claims arising from your stay is limited to the amount paid for your accommodation.
7. Hotel Facilities and Services
7.1 Facility Access
Hotel guests have access to all facilities during their stay. Some facilities may have specific operating hours or require advance booking.
7.2 Service Interruptions
The hotel reserves the right to temporarily close facilities for maintenance or repairs. We will make reasonable efforts to notify guests in advance.
7.3 Additional Services
Additional services such as spa treatments, experiences, and dining are subject to separate terms and availability. Advance booking is recommended.
8. Force Majeure
The hotel shall not be liable for failure to perform its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, pandemics, or other force majeure events. In such cases, we will work with guests to find alternative solutions.
9. Privacy and Data Protection
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By making a reservation, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Children
- Children under 12 years stay free when using existing bedding
- Extra beds for children are available at an additional charge
- Children must be supervised by adults at all times, especially around pool areas
- The hotel offers a Kids Club for children aged 4-12 (additional charges apply)
11. Special Requests
Special requests (such as room location, bedding preferences, or dietary requirements) are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. We will make every effort to accommodate your requests.
12. Photography and Marketing
The hotel may take photographs or videos on the premises for marketing purposes. By staying at the hotel, you consent to the use of your image in such materials unless you explicitly opt out.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your stay shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Indonesia.
14. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
